Maintenance:

We provide: PAT, EPC, Gase Safe, EICR and more. Failing to provide those can end up in heavy fines for landlords. We work hand in hand with fully qualified and certified Vaillant/Bosch boiler installer, NEIC and GasSafe engineers. Our carpenter offer: new double glazing windows, flooring, doors, furniture and other tailor made solutions & upgrades (kitchen & bathrooms).
